Take it SLOW: Adopt A Drain
written by RBS contributor Molly Slovnik from Minneapolis, MN
I’m a canoeist without a paddling partner this morning, my usual routine thrown off. Time to take it SLOW and get outside in a new way.
1. Stop: I live two blocks from a gorgeous chain of lakes in Minneapolis. SO much trash lines streets and drains to the water we paddle.
2. Look inside: I adopted two storm drains; perfect time to get out and clean them!
CC Ep. 4: Spread Kindness Not Germs
When you can't take road trips, you find new ways to adventure!
Turns out, there are some AMAZING things happening here in our local community.
In true "Stay-At-Home" style, we'd like to start by sharing an initiative we're sponsoring close to the Redbudsuds world headquarters, right here in Canton, Ohio with The Lighthouse Ministries after-school program.
It's fitting that starting the week of Mother's Day, we are highlighting what a group of dedicated, talented kids from the Lighthouse are doing to "Spread Kindness, Not Germs" to others and to Mother Earth.
CC Ep 3: Take It Slow
Feeling the confusion of rapid change in your life? Missing adventure? I feel you. Welcome to Episode 3 of our Camper Conversations, where we explore how to "find adventure every day" from the comfort of... wait for it... my camper, parked in my yard. We're on a mission to spread compassion, not germs. The best place to start? Well, just take it SLOW...
